Dear Residents, Families and Friends,
Following yesterday’s round of COVID-19 testing for residents and staff at our Footscray Home I am pleased to advise that at the time of writing this letter, the test results that we have received to date for staff and residents have returned a negative result. Residents remain comfortable and are being supported by staff.
We anticipate another round of testing on Saturday 23rd October and we will advise the outcome once we have the results.
Our priority in providing ongoing comfort, care and support of our residents is unwavering and the activation of the outbreak management plan remains in place.
We are continuing to closely monitor the wellbeing of our residents and we will inform you of any major changes as this situation unfolds.
