Memory support care is specialised residential care for people living with dementia, delivered in purpose-designed environments with staff trained in evidence-based dementia care. At Doutta Galla, it is guided by our Dementia and Mental Health Framework and supported by a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist in Dementia and Mental Health, so care is individualised, safe and culturally respectful.

Everyone pays a Basic Daily Fee, which is set at 85% of the single basic Age Pension. Depending on your means assessment, you may also pay an accommodation payment (RAD or DAP), a Non-Clinical Care Contribution and a Hotelling Contribution.
