Dear Residents, Families and Friends,

I am pleased to inform you that the last round of Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) for COVID-19 for our Yarraville Village residents has returned negative.  In light of this good news our Yarraville Village Home will return to weekly COVID-19 testing and we will monitor residents closely.

All our staff will continue to undertake rapid antigen tests prior to their shift and will continue deliver high quality care, whilst they ensure the highest standard of infection control practices in place.

The Spring season may be upon us but we do need to remain vigilant as community transmission has not eased.   For those eligible, Doutta Galla encourages you to have a booster for additional protection.

Please remember that should you chose to visit the Home you will still need to have your RAT test prior to entering the Home.
