Doutta Galla’s respite care services are here to give you the additional care you need. If you’ve been to hospital and need post-operative care, we are here to help. If you are recovering from an illness or injury, or you just need some time out, we’ll give you the gentle care you need to get back into your normal routine. Respite benefits both the person requiring short-stay care but importantly the carer who needs a break to rest and recharge. Our respite service has a 2 week minimum stay period.

Your loved one’s last few weeks or months are a sensitive time. This time can be a graceful and nurturing one for a family. Our Palliative care team has the experience and wisdom to help your loved one and family through this phase with dignity and compassion.

Doutta Galla provides a purpose-built specialised Memory Support Unit for residents living with dementia. It includes dedicated, qualified staff with dementia specific programs and activities.
